My guild has the same issue, I checked combat logs and we achieved 1* about 30 minutes before the phase 1 ended. Definitely looks like a bug to me. Perhaps this only happens when it's less than 1 hour left until phase ends (some timezone issue maybe?). Do we need to create bug report or are mods gonna do it?
