GEOTB: Will it fracture guilds?
Right now our guild is discussing and at first it seemed pro GEO, but now some are voicing a preference for Normal because they can compete, test squads, etc.. So I ask, how are your talks going?

Despite having a somewhat mixed skill level guild, we have the fortune of a team that trusts in it's leadership to guide the hand. While we have given vote to everyone on topics such as Rancor simming (overwhelming NO!), our leaders have made more direct decisions on things such as HSTR and now converting over to Geo TB. Just like HSTR, we know the first few go-arounds might be uncomfortable, but the rewards are too great to sit back and wait. We were quite pleased with our overall results, despite the feeling that we were all hitting brick walls. The end rewards were slightly better than what we would have gotten with our normal 30ish star TB, given that it's the gateway to the Negotiator. Unless you absolutely can't score stars, I think everyone should be on this path.
