I made a ticket but i'm not sure how it work. Maybe i have to check this from a PC

So, i made a ticket, but i don't understand the way it work.

I couldn't let a message, just open a ticket and "chat with the support. It asked me the subject. And since it waits something but nothing else happen.

Why did i do wrong ?

To get it back you'll probably need a Google  Facebook or EA account linked to it. Maybe check your email for getting anything from EA if you ever purchased anything on it.

Did you have it linked to a Facebook account? Or did you have it linked to a Google Play account? Try opening an EA ticket from a different device. 

I left in 2017 and had it linked to my Google account, I still had access last October when I came back.

Sadly unless you linked your account, you may be out of luck.

Yes, i try it all, but i can't get back my account.

Plus, i found all my buying on my bank account. At the time i spent over than 1000€ (i was young).
The thing is that i began the game on iphone, then i left for samsung.

I've found my old friendcode thanks to swgoh.gg, but nothing else left. And at this time i linked my account to an email. But support bot said me my account was deleted.

i can't figure out i spend all of this for nothing.

I'm trying to get back my apple account to try to get back transaction numbers. But even, on EA support only bot, i can't speak to human being to discuss properly of my issue.

What can i do ?

If the account was deleted its gone. Due to various laws if the account got deleted its not allowed to be retrievable. It was a huge problem a while ago with a bluestacks login issue and players who bought accounts.
