Over the last few days, there have been virtually non-stop daisy chained crashes every time I try to open bronzium cards.
It's not my internet connection because every other web site works just fine.
Community ManagerI'm just relaying my personal experience and what I've seen on these forums. Again, not saying there's no issue here. Just not sure what's causing it and there's not a lot of troubleshooting options. So, I'll look into it and let you know what I find out. If you happen to be able to grab a video of what's happening or screenshots, that would be great.
Also, it's only happening when you open Bronzium packs or is it any pack?

And also, you saying that "it never happened in 10 years of playing" is a lie. It used to happen all the time when I played on my phone, though not nearly as bad as now, but it still happened regularly.

Community ManagerLet me know what happens. So far, this is the first I've heard of this particular issue. After playing this game for 10 years, I've still never had happen. Not saying that means there's no issue. Just that, it's a very uncommon/rare one.
Yes. I am on the PC version. I will try uninstalling/reinstalling. If that works, then that just proves, once again, that you fail to test your own products before deployment.
