Getting "double charged" for raid attempts

In my time zone, character refresh is at midnight. This is for both daily activities and character refresh for non-T7 raids. Lately I've noticed I'm being charged for two attempts under a specific s...

Happened to me, and I thought it was reasonable. Don't think it's a bug, just finish attacks before midnight.
