Maul and Savage are two of the most logical characters for a Wiggs-like duo. But, if anything, recent game changes have made them LESS compatible. Savage gets stronger the more he gets hit, but Maul's new zeta will stealth him and make him get hit less.Savage's tm gain needs to AT LEAST activate on every hit rather than a % chance.Other than that small rework for SO, discuss below what you think their synergy should be! (I would call it Brothers of Dathomir)

I've really been wanting gear and use savage for the last few months now. His unique is one of the coolest in the game. I think savage should get some kind of taunt or 100%tm gain when maul goes stealth or is crit. I don't think they should get a full rework to synergized together. I would prefer a simple fix that gives savage either tm or taunt when something happens to maul or a sith. His special needs to be changed to 50% health and gain tm after finishing blow, and he needs to spread his buffs he receives. He is just plain bad right now. I hope they give him a zeta soon. Just throwing ideas out

When Maul is critically hit, Savage taunts for one turn.When Maul does a basic attack against a Jedi, he also calls Savage to assist.When Savage is critically hit, Maul gains speed up for two turns.When Maul uses his AOE special, Savage taunts until he is damaged.If Savage is present, he gains the same buffs from Maul's unique on enemy death.If Maul is killed during the encounter, Savage gains defense, offense up, and critchance up for the remainder of the encounter. These buffs cannot be dispelled.I have neither character btw. I just think they really should have synergy together.I think a buff like this will do two things. It will penalize people for trying to take out Maul first (logical choice because of his glass cannon status) and it will help prevent people from ignoring Savage until the end.

He is a "tank." He just doesn't have a taunt. Same with Fives.

But I think if Kenobi can give Fives a taunt, maybe Maul should make Savage taunt.

Every tome Maul is hit, Savage should taunt until he is hit. Like a cross between the Chaze taunt and K2SO's taunt mechanic.

Id love it, should happen. waiting for a completely solid reason to gear maul. However I don't want to see trash. If we're doing this, do it properly. They better be better than wiggs. When you hit Biggs, he will gain full TM and unleash the most powerful attack in the game. That is what we're competing with when you're giving out synergy now. Hit savage, and he will maybe gain a little TM and then give out a little slap.

So it better be good. I'd like it to involve savage taunting for maul. But savage doesn't have the kit to warrant being in any team, so again, it better be really good somehow, more than just taunting frequently, something like maul gaining tons of TM. Even maul can be a bit of a liability against many teams (although daze is now very useful), and we're taking up two spots here, so it better be powerful.

Yes, it needs to be more than just a taunt, but the taunt is a good start since Maul is squishy and Savage is so tanky. But they should call each other to assist all the time and gain all sorts of other buffs and such.

Yeah it is a good start. I think some TM gain for maul when savage is hit is also in order, makes sense especially given his speed or lack of. Also because after daze he doesnt do much unless you face Jedi. I would want him more as a support debuffer than an attacker if I geared him now

Then if you kill savage maul leaves and comes back with spider legs and your two best nightsisters

Lol they need to add Mother Tausend for that. (I think Tausend is actually revealed to be Maul's mother in one of the canon novels).
