Give us back our freedom of choice in arena--all three slots

I no longer have three choices in who I want to fight. The third (highest) slot is picked for me, and never changes no matter how many times I refresh. Why can I not pick the teams I want to fight? ...

How often did you use the left most panel for attacks?
