the most important phrase is "one-time convenience" You will NEVER get anything else for any other problem from them. I've been down this path. They were offering me a make-good for some issue and asked for my 'alphabet soup" player ID. Once they had that information, the reneged on their offer, stating that I had previously received a make-good, from year's before.

You must have some EA stocks for sure! Me and several other players had the same problems and didnt get any compensation so far, despite the fact they assumed they would give it to all players affected by that bug! Almost 2 months gone by and the respect that EA has for its players is as shown, zero.
