I think the requirements have been steep but doable with the notice given, this I think was an unjust move by CG.
And before anyone says we don’t know if they’re required yet, of course we don’t for certain but I very much doubt that after years of asking for more Capital Ships that they’d do them just before GL and then not make them compulsory.
I suspect that by the time people get enough tickets to unlock the GLs, they will have been enough Finalizer events to make it feasible (total speculation, btw).
They already said you can start earning tickets once all requirements are met. If capital ships are one of them, this theory is not going to work.
