GL Leia Ultimate

1. If you had it applied before GAC, it's still applied
2. There should have been communication
3. If you got the refund, it's because you applied at the bugged 10 mats and not the intended 12
4. Just refarm the last two mats and reapply before next GAC lock and you're fine

Communication is present in the latest update notes:

- Fixed a bug where Leia Organa's ultimate recipe was not requiring the correct number of materials. Players will have their Ultimate Ability mats reset and the mats will be sent to their inventory to reapply

Not terribly helpful when that post was made over two hours after the refund was given though.

Have you tried looking at your own screenshot? Because she has the ult in the one you posted.

Also, while I agree the communication was off, it was clearly a bug that you could unlock at 10 before even though you could farm 12. Now it's right, and you just have to farm the last 2.

Relic circle is gold when the ult is unlocked. It's available for you in GAC, as you had it at lock, but not elsewhere. Looks right to me.

Yeah, now i see the gold. My mistake on that…. Doesn’t change my other complaints… lol

It's not the halo, it's the relic icon. Gold relic icon = ult

Once again… If you came into my store and I sold you something for $10, I cant come back later and demand $2 dollars because I was mistaken… On top of that… They KNEW from the first day of release it was only 10 and could have fixed before anyone unlocked the ultimate. It’s just terrible customer service and an awful way to act as a company. It’s less than 900 unlocks from your most loyal customers… SMFH

You had Leia ult for 10 mats

The intention was for the ultimate to cost 12 mats

If you had farmed the 12 mats, just re-apply and move on

If you stopped farming the mats after 10, its an annoyance, but you got 5 days for the next GAC lock to farm 2 mats, so its not a big deal

It doesn't take a lot of effort to farm the two mats at all

The real problem in the whole fiasco is the loading screen error trying to farm the last two mats

Sure, I think I’ve stated some of this already but here we go…

Product was advertised at a price. Unfortunately the seller set the price too low.
They were made aware of the mistake before anyone could buy the product but didnt change anything.
They did fix another issue ( T4 was too hard) but chose not to fix the other…

At this point they could have just changed the price and moved on, but instead they decided to take back something they offered and sold without any communication….

So many different and better ways to handle it.
If you wanted to take back the mats and start over, maybe throw in some crystals, an Omni or how about some CWC shards….
OR just suck it up and let the people who support the game with cash get her ult for 2 less mats….

It’s just getting old seeing you defend them constantly when you could just say, hey i passed it along and they are looking at it.. They provided a bad customer experience this time… it happens.

That’s a pretty big error, and a major problem in the whole “you got 5 days for the next GAC loc to farm 2 mats, so it’s not a big deal”.

140 tickets, plus all 100/200 crystal refreshes needed to farm those tickets is what I’d call “a big deal’ given CG’s past history of not making good on these types of losses.

To be fair that scenario isn't realistic (sitting at 0 tickets with 10 mats)

the assumption that a given player had ultimate applied and then immediately stopped farming tickets as soon as they hit 10 ultimate mats

Classic example of that old chestnut of what happens when assume. Why on earth would anyone stop and not farm the last 2 mats to hoard them? Sure, I slowed down and no longer pushed refreshes to get tickets for the last 2, but was doing them then the ”fix” stole the ultimate and I wanted to reapply it asap. I Lost 140 tickets and the crystals for those refreshes on the latest ballsup. I consider that a big deal, even if you don’t.

i consider the bug making players unable to play the GL Tiers a big deal

I agree that refunding 10 and requiring 12 isn’t a big deal. It extremely poor customer relations and very poor decision making by CG for all the reasons everyone have stated, but if CG want to generate more dissatisfaction, that’s their choice, and not much we can do about it.

The waste of 140 mats and the crystal refreshes required to get those mats at short notice to put me back where I had been due to zero communications, I do consider a big deal.

Honestly dont care what you think is a big deal…. I reread your last reply and I still think it’s an awful take.

We played the game and it said 10 mats to unlock, then they realized they made a mistake . Not our fault

Again i will ask the question.. Why punish the players that support the game?

I can answer that question. It is because they don’t care about their player base. They are more concerned about getting their pound off leash and everything they can claim they are entitled to, than they are about the players even if it means letting the players get something out of good will. It is appalling customer relations because they don’t care about their customers because they don’t need to. People will still play and put up with their attitude, so there is no downside for them other than us complaining. And there solution to complaints and problems is to stop communicating.
