Huh?? I can assure you that my first +20 speed secondary was only achieved last month. But you are right, you have only had that one 10 months longer than I. Sorry.

As to the other part of my statement, yes, no matter where the source of the mod it goes through the same process to upgrade. That in turn means that everyone has the same chance each time the upgrade a mod to get a roll on a speed secondary.
