I think everyone needs to know about this because it looks like its brought my 5 years on this game to an immediate halt. I purchased a 14.99$ pack and the store froze as I purchased it and crashed...

Try signing out of Google Play, then uninstalling the game, delete the cache. Then log back in and reinstall. Obviously make sure you know your password before signing out of Google Play as some people have issues signing back in.
