Great Mothers Datacron in Tier VI or Tier VII?

I'll be able to 7* the Great Mothers on the last day of the event but what Tier is the datacron awarded?  Tier VI or Tier VII?  I'm trying to decide if I want to spend crystals to 7* them today and bump their relic level up to do Tier VII.
