Yoda's gear 9 unlock changed in requirements, so the gear was changed. I don't know on stats but it's easy to notice when you've been working in the gear.

Well gear 8 (what you can get) is 200+ purple items now.

Is it just Greedo or was geo soldier, Old Ben, etc nerfed to gear 8?

Not sure. I only have greedo at that point. Yoda can still hit gear 9 and it doesn't take 50 hair dryers now.

I can still get him to gear 9 as I have already filled the level 73 gear piece.

So now there is a problem. That means your greedo will forever out perform my greedo.

My gear 9 Greedo can now reach gear 10
