Guild bank issues (Merged Threads) ***DEV COMMENT***

With this, we can look exactly where the problems are being reported.

We'll continue working on this more today and with the information you all supply hopefully we can find out exactly what's going on.

@EA_Jesse , our Guild Bank Coins deposited Monday after the guild leaders personal reset, NOT the guild activity reset.

As recently as Monday the 27th only one of our members' individual contributions was credited to the guild. Examples of members whose contributions were not added to the guild's bank include SINISTER Ace and SINISTER Galgenstrick. We can see this from logs showing these players generating raid currency ("Coins (Weekly)") on the guild management screen but the guild's bank not increasing in value.

Furthermore, several players' energy expenditures did not generate any raid currency. We can see this by comparing the daily guild activity logs to the "Coins (Weekly)" tab of the Guild Management Screen. Examples from this second category including Dark Sheff and NathanDrake83.

I dont know names but on Sunday and afair remember on Friday we got around 2000 guild coins. Today it seems that it id working ok.

@EA_Jesse just a note, personal contribution shows up for each player, just not the coins

Anyway I was kidding about the legal team looking into the TOS. Last thing I want is them knowing I am not replying their calls or mails because I was busy playing this game. Lol

So if the team want check and understand the problem have just to looks at us tomorrow :open_mouth:

This is pretty similar to the experience of my guild. The addition of new guild coins to the guild bank has always started at our guild leaders main reset time which is at 1 am (european time GTM+1). And everybody needed to log in to get his guildcoins counted towards the guild bank. So the time of addition varies to the first login of the specific player. This is still the same since the update. Just that we dont get any coins any more every second day. At 7.30 pm (6.30 pm GTM+1) we only receive our personal guild currency for the participation in the daily guild activity.

Saturday: Almost no guild coins added
Sunday: Guild coins added normaly (around 25k+)
Monday: Almost no guild coins added
Tuesday: Guild coins added normaly (around 27k)
Missing at least 50k coins in comparison to our normal values.
Tomorrow we expect to get no guild coins again.

@EA_Jesse , we just had a guild reset and the guild coins didn't go up.
Its been like this since the update.

Seems like the coins are showing up individually on our members list, but not being added to our guild bank.

This is basically what we're experiencing as well. None of our player's individual contributions were added to our guild's bank on 6/25 or 65/27 with one small exception. Our very first player to record an individual contribution for the day (due to his time zone), had his contributions count , likely because the guild was a little under 30,000 credits the prior day.

But it's quite apparent that the 30k cap is applying over a two day window for us. The first was Friday to Saturday (contributions on Friday counted; those on Saturday did not), and then Sunday to Monday (Sunday counted; Monday did not). Now we've started a new cycle and we're getting credit, for now...

By the way, I can provide screenshots of key milestones and a spreadsheet tracking individual contributions vs. the guild's bank if EA is interested.
