Guild bank issues (Merged Threads) ***DEV COMMENT***

Come on, this is really getting old, no update today, no resolution. The guild I belong to is falling behind the curve. All of us is missing out on Guild coin and gear since this past Saturday. We are also losing out in arena also since others can improve there characters from raid gear and we cannot. We nèed a fix now and some customer support response today.

I'm also tiring of this. Really, all you need to do is say "We're working on this, and we're going to make this right by you." But the silence is deafening guys. CMON!

We have been patient .. I am in California and I would prefer a personal sit down over this 'forum beating around the bush' crap. If this is not resolved I will be calling the front office in request of a formal meeting...

This is just ridiculous. Sinister Alliance continues to have issues with either no collection, or partial collection of our Guild Bank Coins. All progress has come to a screeching halt. Please fix this and compensate us for the ground we've lost due to issues with your latest releases. At this point, missed out on at least 3 sets of heroic rewards.

I am sure that there is a problem with 30k limit. It is calculated not on 1 day but on 2 days.
Yesterday we received 28858, today only 1142 (30000 in total).
Guil GEoP. It is 3rd day that we are not receiving our guild coins.

We also did not get our GBC today (Tuesday to Wednesday). Not able to raid again.

Since it appears there is some skepticism about the validity of our complaints, here are two screenshots taken moments ago showing that the 600 guild currency I earned yesterday and just collected was not credited to our guild's raid currency bank. And to be clear, we have not altered our guild roster in any way since before this problem started, so there is no way for us to actually violate the raid currency cap (i.e., my raid currency should have counted).

The same thing is happening to all of our members today (Wednesday, 6/29), which means we're getting no raid currency, as has been the case every other day since the new raid currency "fix" was released last Thursday.

@EA_Jesse, I hope this information is helpful to you and your dev team. We realize that you are all very busy but hope such a game-breaking bug is a top priority for you. An update on this issue would be greatly appreciated and would help us hold our guild together. Even if the problem isn't solved yet, we would like to hear that a solution is in the works and would certainly appreciate an estimate as to when the fix will be ready. As others have suggested, lifting the raid currency cap would at least allow us to progress in the game until a more permanent solution is developed.

At Monday we had 49k and today we should have around 109k, but no again. We just have 79k the same aumount as yesterday (Tuesday) we have losen 30k again. How long to this bug? Please help.

Note: Now we start a heroic raid and we have 19k guilds coins.

There are some good explanations in this thread and we as the community can't do any better. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED
