Guild leaders/officers have the extra time of planning what's needed for events, distributing that info & then ensuring it's executed... all while keeping people's morale up. It's time consuming.
I'd like the option to not participate, so when we need to reorg, recruit, etc, we can skip out on a single event. Id still like the heavy loaded event schedule, just flexibility.
