Guild Exchange

I think this function is no longer fit for purpose and hasn’t been for many years.  It was fine to begin with (below 2m gp accounts) but now its rarely used in my guild, and when you do donate, its like you’re just giving half a penny/cent change when a few pounds /dollars is what would actually make the bare minimum difference.

The tier of materials allowed to be donated should also be increased.  A tiered system perhaps would be the answer so that the function is useful / beneficial to players at all levels bar the top big spender 15m gp accounts.
