The first Heroic Tier Han has been unlocked. If they did 15 heroics starting as early as possible (they didn't, TI did), and the OP took first every single time, they would have 140 shards, needing to do one more raid tomorrow to unlock Han, based on 10 shards for the top payout. It's almost mathematically possible to have unlocked him the intended way. The guilds opened up on 4/25, no accrual that day, so the earliest possible heroic raid was the 27th or 28th, but the actual first time was when TI did it, so clearly the OP did more than one heroic every two days based on these calculations. This is not an attack, just an observation with easy to find data. Draw your own conclusions.
The more careful players probably have enough to unlock Han, but are holding off until others do it, so that they won't be discovered for guild hopping for extra rewards, in case it becomes against the rules. When this all blows over, just unlock him and fast-track him.

TI did it for the first time on May 1st, so the most possible heroics up to this point would have been 12, the guild that the first to unlock Han has only done 9. You need 15 to unlock Han if you get the max 10 shards at payout. Just sayin'
