So after a player logs in damage (even 0) in a raid they are locked into that guild for 2 days? That's not a bad idea.
They are still allowed to guild hop, but are prevented from joining other raids for two days the moment they leave the guild( after dealing damage)
There is no raid cooldown if a player chooses to stay in the guild after dealing damage. This allows the player to participate in another raid within the same guild right after the first raid ends, if the guild has enough resources to start another raid.
The moment a player leaves after dealing damage, the 2 day cooldown begins. If he rejoins his guild for 2 hours then there is no cooldown while he is in his guild, but if he exits again the cooldown timer will be at 1 day 22 hours instead.
Cooldown timers will be refreshed for the latest raid only if the player takes part in that raid.
