Guild Invite glitch?

I'm our guild leader. We are invite only. I keep getting random membership requests from people that:
A. we didn't invite
B. don't meet our requirements
C. I checked one today who was already IN a guild
And he had just sent it so there wasn't much time to change to another guild)

Plus started getting random notification icons on the exchange when there was nothing there

Anybody else getting this
