Guild Leader Message

Dear Development Team,
good day.

Can you please consider to make available the guild leader message and to officers?
Sometimes the leader is not present and the officers many times takes the role of the organizer of the guild.
I do not find any reason, since that an officer can start a raid, not to can post a Guild global message.
Do you?
