Guild level cap question
The question is this can I raise the level cap higher than some players that are already in the guild or will it kick out the players below the cap?

I'm fairly certain that setting only affects peoples ability to join without an invite. You should still be able to invite players below the level cap & existing members shouldn't be affected.
