Yes. Open a support ticket through the help button in game. Only the leader can do it.

[SUGGESTION] Events should auto unlock lower Tiers
Basicly exactly whats in the header IF you clear Tier 3 , 4 or higher on 3 Stars everything below that Tier should automatically unlock on 3 stars without wasting everyones time to fight it
