Players over-compensated for coliseum bug?

If you try asking, how did they get that loaned unit level, they don't say a word. 8 to 12 levels ahead, 

I know a few folks that had the bug, then when it was resolved bought 5x pack, +2 extra single packs for crystals as well, regular episode pass and they are 12 loaned unit levels ahead. What did you guys at CG do? Literally screwed over half of the player base ... Nicely done. Completely incompetent developer team. I'm just going to switch after this era to free to play. F. this, what am I supporting, incompetence? CG_Meathead​ 

So people were compensated, and then bought the packs. CG this is a huge problem. I won't be spending further if nothing is done about this either.

It doesn't help that their customer support doesn't even seem to respond. I submitted multiple tickets last era about various issues and never received so much as a "We received your ticket and will investigate it soon" nope just dead silence.

I'm under assumption they've received 5 loaned unit levels for free and the collected then calendar as well, so they are 3 and in later stages 5 days ahead now. Quite a blunder. As a customer (paying player) I'm dissatisfied with this. The only way to fix it is to send out 5 loaned unit levels to players that didn't receive it from the bug fix compensation but I'm highly doubtful CG wants to fix their blunder at all. So this Era is an absolute disaster right from the start of it, huge fail for CG. 

PS: CG keeps losing paying players from one Era to the next. 

They wouldn't want to boost us further, so the solution they should take is to set EVERYONE back to 0. Then check if players completed tier 4 of the marquee, check what they purchased, add on the calendar days that they should have.. it sounds really simple honestly. 

Sending out more levels would likely just result in some people receiving it regardless, so they need to do a soft reset of levels and evaluate what the player should have. 

Rollback would be complicated to do, especially for players that purchased pack or packs with credit card. I'm getting a headache from this instead of having fun playing the game. 

Honestly, I find this disgraceful. I'm losing between 600 and 1,200 in daily currency just because of this error. I hope CG fixes it.

Trust me, so many players are affected with this, if CG does not fix it their revenue will go down for the next era, I have no doubt about it. If players don't entirely stop purchasing digital goods, they will most definitely stop investing in era's with real money and go F2P route and just save crystals before it if they find the era has something meaningful to add to their roster. 

From the comments in this forum it seemed that due to the "bait and switch" of the last era, there was going to be a wholesale abandonment of the episode pass and other cash purchases this time around.  It does not seem that is the case and probably won't ever be.

Era purchases have been at a decline for the past 2 Era's am not sure are you aware of that. 

But they have not reached a point where CG has decided to lower the price or do anything else different.
