Guild recruiting best practices??
Hello all, what is the best way to recruit new members? The in game method is hard and no guarantees. Suggestions please, thank you.

After being in a couple of less than stellar guilds I had the bright idea of starting my own. That was 18 months ago. 2 alternate accounts and 15,000 gear donations later, we are at 60M GP. Stay the course is all I can say, I have made some great friends along the way, and it is very gratifying to see your guild progress. It will not happen overnight though. By the way, I estimate in the 18 months we have been active, we have had around 10 people leave for each that stayed.- In my opinion, you are making things difficult on yourself. There are already tons of partially full guilds out there looking for the same few recruits. Why not just join one that fits your play style and be done with it?
