Guilds - Needing More Features

I run a full Guild of 50 active people. I'm running into issues sorting people. I want to be able to promote people but not everyone to just the same rank (Officer). It's too general and doesn't give paths for people to work towards in the Guild. I want multiple ranks for people and/or accolades and I'm sure other people feel the same way. Someone who's been in the Guild the longest but not high enough on power, or someone who donates a lot. Just some more options than the one.

Please help me to get their attention towards implementing more features for how we govern Guilds.
