Was the hp low when the match started? I just started a match and sid hit my savage putting a heal debuff along with the physical damage done. I retreated and savage has no debuff and no damage. My luminara started with slight damage and still has slight damage after the retreat.
Retreat does not heal you it just resets the match on how it started, if it doesnt then my account is unique that it does.
