Is guild ready for haat when normal aat is finished without refresh?

You're ready when you have enough players who are each capable of doing an equal share of the damage across the entire health pool of the HAAT raid, or you have enough players with extremely overachieving squads (probably specialized for certain phases) that are able to compensate for the shortcomings of their guildmates.
It's difficult to judge HAAT readiness based only on AAT performance. The only sure way to find out whether your guild is ready... is to play it. If you have doubts, look for guides explaining which squads are the most effective for each HAAT phase, then survey your guild members' collections and see if they have what the guild might need.
