HACKED AND BANNED

Hi Gunner, I've been trying to get my account unbanned. I was hacked. They changed my email my phone number so I can't do a recovery. I've sent in four emails for help without a response and I don't know where I'm supposed to go. Like am I supposed to just like delete my account and get a new account or the other one is like to get it unlinked and then I can't play any EA games for 6 months which is a little unfair.
