Han not shooting first

In Smuggler's Run Han was shooting first on phases 1 and 2, but not 3. This happened every time I tried on the Deadly tier. Before the TM "update" Han always shot first on every phase. Anyone else ...

Without more details it would be hard to say ehats going on. There are cases where taunts reapply, or maybe nest missed.

Well I wasn't asking for an explanation, but since you bring it up, you already missed one of the details that I did give:

I've quite clearly seen my Nest hit without dispelling taunt. Doesn't happen a lot, but it happens.

I'm not talking about cases where Nest missed.

That said, I don't really care since I've only seen it happen events, and since I can beat all the events in which she's useful even with taunt surviving an attack, it's not worth it to me to even report it to CG. I only mention it so that the other people who thought they saw that happen to them don't think they're crazy.
