Han Stunned with Tenacity Up?!

Yes, that's a Zader lead team. I ultimately killed them hard after that hiccup, but I thought that was interesting that Han was stunned when he was all positives with Tenacity Up. There was 0 negative...

To NightwingTR: GG casts Tenacity Down which overrides Tenacity Up - bear in mind that Tenacity Down can also be resisted by characters 15% of the time so it will not always land (this happens independently of Tenacity Up benefits which as I stated are overridden).

To the OP: Yeah, Tenacity Down allowed the DOTs to land despite Tenacity Up.
