Han Stunned with Tenacity Up?!

no it doesn't tenacity down is unresistable. Dev's have never confirmed if it should be directly only that the icon will hide behind the tenacity up icon, same with offense/crit/defense/health up/down one icon hides the other.

It makes sense that it is unresistable or it would be a useless debuff
