Has stamina regen been reduced in conquest?

I did a battle with SLKR around midnight last night, 100%->90%.  Went to sleep, went to do another battle around 7 ish.  Stamina should regenerate at 2% per hour so I should have been 100%, I was at 95%.  Anyone else noticing anything like this?

    Try tracking the data multiple times instead of an isolated incident, that’ll get you better results.
