HELP! Beat the C3P0 event during reset

I geared my Ewoks forever and had the hardest time beating last round of C3P0 (of course right before they released LSB) but i finally beat it yesterday. I finished the battle then game froze after the cut scene. I didn't realize at the time but i was playing during the reset and i guess it just let me finish since battle already started. I had to restart client to log back in and now it shows event as complete but i didn't receive the rewards. so basically, my C3P0 is stuck at 6 star forever unless i can get some help. Im sure there were some shards, etc that i missed also with the last tier but i'd be happy to just get my golden robot at 7 stars. Any recommendations on how i can get this resolved?

    I hope they help you, but they usually do with this sort of thing.  I'd post your ally code.

    And fwiw, a lot of people did NOT receive a warning about the update.  I certainly didn't, and was using the app just hours before.  When you don't alert people to this stuff, you wind up with a bunch of people missing stuff.  Guess they were too busy trying to turn this into a forced pay-to-play app overnight, and forgot to actually let people know about the forced update...

    Lol the help bots send me to twitter where the account hasnt posted in four years. Is there anyone on here that i can tag to help? Should be a simple fix. Look at my screenshot and just send me the shards or reset my event. Idc

      you could try clearing cache and data. that works almost for every update error.
