I once had a reply to an issue I was having, I don’t recall what it was now. They asked for more information, which is reasonable. But then closed the query 60 seconds later as I hadn’t replied. At that point I began to suspect any help, in any matter, was not going to be forthcoming. I was proved right after several other incidents. I no longer reach out for help.
