HELP! Google Play Account Marked for Deletion

Hi All,

I recently found out that my college will be deleting our old emails, and with that, I assume that my Google Play account will go with it. I've been playing for 8 years and I'm in a top 10 guild (ODB). Between the time and money invested, I'd be sick to lose my game now. I'll do just about anything to stay a part of this community, but I don't know where else to go to try to save my game. I have another email ready to transfer to, but don't know how (on Android) or if it's even possible. Can anyone help?
