Help with STH

Is there a way to stop STH from giving TM to all of his team. I am struggling with teams that use him with Wiggs and Lando and they already have fast Mods. I am going to have Zader soon (probably have...

If the whole team is Dazed no one can gain TM. If STH is ability blocked he can't taunt and then give TM, if everyone else is shocked (or at least the important ones) they won't be able to gain TM.
