If you've read the other posts on the forum or at least bothered to search a bit, the TMR from Zader lead allegedly adds on every time you transition from one phase to the next phase in Rancor Raid.
So on your trial run, Zader was giving you 3x the leadership effect by P3, which explained why you could see Rancor TM go from almost full to empty.
On your actual run, you did not start in P1, so there was no "extra" TMR effect.
