Heroic Sith Raid Rewards

I'm trying to figure out if full gear pieces are supposed to be guaranteed for Heroic Sith Raid rewards. Can someone please point me to the correct raid reward structure? I have been searching for it but have been unable to find it.

No full gear is “possible” not garenteed.

Nope, there was talk of re-adjusting the re-adjustment with 1 full craft guaranteed, but they rolled back the re-adjustment instead to how the rewards originally were.
