This is a rare issue, but it has been known to occur.
Have you contacted help yet? Usually CG will want you to go through them first, only dealing with it here if it can't be fixed there.
That said, I've seen people get helped after a post like this, so don't delete anything -- just be patient as CG is probably taking time off for the Christmas/Hanukkah holiday (they're together this year, which makes it even harder to get someone in the office right now).

i went through their recomended system and have only been told to speak to a ai which hasnt responded to me i keep being told to go elsewhere and nobody has helped me

This is the place for you then. It might have been helpful to have put that info in the OP though.
But it's here now, so I don't think you have to edit the OP. Just be a little patient and I'm sure someone will read it when they get back to the office.
