Heroic tier teams phase 1 advice please

So far I've learned you need teams of Phasma (L), Rey, RG, GS, QGJ. Any alternate makeups? Also looking for info on required levels, gear, skills, etc. Thanks!

I put the gear levels of all the chars in the video post, since someone asked for it in an earlier 3.7M damage video for T6.
