Highest Gear Level?

I was wondering what the highest gear level a character could be upgraded to is? My highest is Luminara at gear level 10, and level 85. Is gear 11 the highest? When does it also become a yellowish gold color around the character in arenas instead of purple like it is for bosses in the higher battle levels? Thx.

Yes, 11 is currently the highest. Unless they change things, 12 should be yellow.
