The numbers for the leader ability are on the order of 60% at base to 100% at max with Omegas, @Naecabon . It has to go away on death at 100% or this character is super OP. (This character was kitted before Mods existed, so we may have to alter it somewhat. It's been sitting around since ~March.)
Most of the abilities for this kit max really high, so Special 1 for instance removes 100% turn meter from a support. The intent is to use this character as a strategic force in any party for either faction it's in. As always, playtesting might reveal things like what you suggest, so we might (for example) make the effect on tanks be -max hp & -def. Or maybe just a unique defense down at like -80% or something. These are the sorts of things Conduit will suss out when he has to make all the nitty gritty details in the kit.
