Like the title says I bought the packs 6 times and out of 6 times HK47 who I already have has dropped 5/6 times. This is crazy...... I can't keep spending like this if he keeps dropping. Why can't we ...

I wouldn't get those packs for D.Revan if you already have HK.
If you can't get to 7 star with shipments & the $39.99 packs I'd strongly recommend waiting till next time.
