Hoda/C3PO & Relics

I know these characters are somewhat unique (no attacks) but shouldn't we adjust relics for these characters who essentially are permastealthed and don't attack. Right now, there is no point puttin...

I want people to have *more* decisions to make, because most people aren't good at making them.
