Holy Drop rates, Batman.

Just making another thread cause this is a big enough issue to warrant all the threads, and any and all attention it gets.

We get that you need time sinks, need the progress to take some time so people aren't left at the end with nothing to do. But incredibly poor drop rates on just 1/20th or 1/50th of one part of one piece of gear for just one tier for just one toon is incredibly hostile to your fan base. There is already plenty of things to farm without making it so incredibly BORING to farm gear. I get excited farming for new characters, so it's not farming in and of itself that I don't like...I enjoyed getting gear in the earlier levels when the drop rates weren't so paltry, now new gear is pure sim ticket mashing drudgery. When you show your friends the game you made, don't they all say the same thing? "Man this is really fun, right?! Well, except the part where you have farm forever for one piece of gear that goes away when you upgrade to the next tier." "Oh, and except the Bronzium cards that are always making a lot of hooplah over giving me complete garbage and why not give me the skip button for the animation in time to actually skip it?!"

Sorry for that last part, Bronzium cards are just always such a letdown, you see. Much ado about nothing, a completely insignificant amount of credits or a piece of white/green gear I have hundreds of. Maybe while we're working on drop rates, you could work on drop relevance. Or just make the cards twice as worthwhile but half as frequent. Getting 500 credits or whatever literally isn't even worth the time it takes to open the data card, it's just wasting our time. Just for reference I just opened one and got a Mk 2 Nubian Security Scanner Prototype. I have 21 of them already..mmmm Congratulations.

Other than that, I love the game ;)
