hoping to get help from someone regarding getting an extra ingame time change

Starting a new job soon but unfortunately my new schedule really conflicts with my ingame fleet payout and shipment resets and I dont have anymore ingame time adjustments available. I was hoping if someone at CG or EA could help me out and give me an extra attempt so I could change my ingame resets. Thank you
