How about FIXING existing issues with Tank Raid

Aside from the nerf and change in animations that ate desperately needed, how about just fixing some of the many bugs for now... Top of my list; Tank enrages @ 0, like it should, instead of with 2 ful...

Also when gg uses baleful he can't use it again hid very next turn with 5 tm on his cool down like he does now.
