How do I post a screen shot here?

Pretty much what the title says. I see people posting a screen shot and then some posting what appears to be a link from an app maybe? Idk. Any help would be good. Also... How does one take video?...

I want to know how then embed them in the posts, links are garbage time! Imgur is one app.
